a new home in the university district replaces an existing fraternity house. creating a home that has the character of its
historic context is the focus of this home. however unlike the other homes in the neighborhood this one has a very small
rear yard. it was our intention to create a private interior courtyard facing north. the courtyards adjacency to other interior
functions expand the view and uses of those areas. currently under construction this home is scheduled to complete in aug
